How delivery works
Orders are not simply dropped into a blind courier route. Pheby confirms access, lead time, and the best delivery method before dispatch so the right wagon turns up for the job.
Current delivery guide
- Typical lead time is around 2 working days.
- Online checkout is limited to UK addresses in SS, CM, RM, IG, CO, and EN9 postcodes.
- The standard service area is roughly a 25-mile radius from SS11 7DY, based on the current Pheby delivery coverage.
- Delivery is included within the standard service area for core loads, and any extra distance or access charge is confirmed before dispatch.
- Kerbside, tipped on a driveway, or HIAB placement depends on access and load type.
- If a postcode falls outside the online area, call first and we can confirm whether the job needs a manual quote instead.
- All listed online prices include VAT.

Every order is checked by phone before it is sent out. That keeps the process practical for trade loads, driveway access, and mixed delivery conditions.
